Bonjour,

J'ai mon portable depuis 3 semaines. Aujourd'hui je viens de m'apercevoir que mon port USB-C ne fonctionne pas (je ne l'avais pas testé avant).
Il n’apparaît pas dans le gestionnaire de périphérique.


Je n'ai rien trouvé sur le site pour le mettre à jour.

Avez-vous une idée ?

    Oui, c'est comme ça que je me suis rendue compte qu'il ne fonctionnait pas car les appareils connectés ne fonctionnent pas.

    Ce portable dispose d'un port USB 3.1 de première génération. Quels appareils avez-vous essayé de connecter?

    Le problème n'est pas sur le port USB 3.1 mais sur le port USB type C.


    Les autres ports USB fonctionnent correctement.

    En fait, le port USB-C fait référence au port USB 3.1! Vous avez déjà essayé de mettre à jour les pilotes sur les sites Web Intel et nvidia.

    Lorsque vous connectez le périphérique au port usb-c, le périphérique apparaît-il dans le Gestionnaire de périphériques?

    Avez-vous essayé de réinstaller Windows 10 en appuyant sur alt + f10 avant le logo Acer?

    Mon portable est neuf, je ne vois pas l'intérêt de faire une réinstallation de windows maintenant.
    Je vais donc voir avec mon revendeur.
