Bonjour à tous,
Ma fille a depuis 1 an cette tablette. Elle en est très content jusqu'à la semaine dernière où elle me dit qu'elle ne fonctionne plus. Après vérification, la tablette a été réinitialisée... 
En la rallumant, j'ai une demande d'accès à son compte gmail... Évidement le MDP a été oublié. Obligé d'en ressaisir un. Après cela fait j'ai le message suivant :
"Unable to sign in to device due to a recent password change. Please try to sign again 24 hours after password change was performed."
J'ai attendu 4 jours et malheureusement j'ai toujours la même chose : cela me demande à nouveau l'email puis le MDP et j'ai à nouveau ce message...
Quelqu'un aurait il une idée ?

Bonjour j'ai eu le support technique qui m'a demandé de supprimer le compte concerné puis de réinitialiser la tablette. Malheureusement j'ai toujours le même problème...Il m'a aussi proposé de payer pour une réinitialisation usine !!!! 30€00 !!!!

Le compte a été actualisé merci beaucoup.La tablette a été hard reset.Toujours le même message depuis une semaine ... attendre 24h00 : "Unable to sign in to device due to a recent password change. Please try to sign in again 24h00 after password change was performed." Après une semaine cela fait beaucoup et bien sûr ACER dit que c'est la faute de GOOGLE mais c'est quand même eux qui sollicitent GOOGLE...0

Bonsoir egydiocoelho et JackE/NJ, j'ai bien récupéré le compte. Merci beaucoup. Le hard reset a aussi été fait et cela me demande toujours la même chose. Quoique je fasse je reviens au même problème une fois que l'email et le MDP entrés, cela me met un message qui me demande d'attendre 24h00. Seulement cela plus d'une semaine que le MDP est changé !!!!!!!

@egydiocoelho : j'ai même laissé la batterie se vider... Effectivement à chaque fois que j'allume la tablette elle tente de se connecter à GOOGLE.0
