you made a mistake while cleaning the motherboard with a wet cloth. you should have only blow it with a air flow. now, the only thing that come to my mind is to disassembly the laptop cover and blow it with compressed air and also check for the battery connectors, maybe you have a loose connector.

the only way to find out is to ask the seller in your village (i mean, country). i mean "hello sir, does this laptop support charging over the usb-c port, besides the regular dc-in charging port?"
-
try acer support in taiwan, use google translate. Puneți-ne orice întrebări | Site-ul oficial Acer | Acer Taiwan

that dc in port statement is where the usb c specs are written. it is an error. but in fact, it has separated charging port. look closely on the upper left side.

Expand the network adapter section, right click on wireless and choose properties. Make a screenshot of driver section.

I am facing the same issue with my 2200u, stuck to 1.6 ghz on battery. The solution I found was to modify the registry entry of amdppm -> start from 3 to 4. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AmdPPM PS: it is very sad that such a hot topic goes down to bottom, it should be sticky. also, read…

the reality is that the num and caps lock keys should have had led light incorporated. it is a feature that acer laptops is missing. I have a hp laptop witch has a light in the caps key.
-
that indicator is a feature of an app called Quick Access Application. have you tried to reinstall that app? go to acer support and download the latest version available for your device.

how big is your ram memory? my acer had 4 gb amd 512 mb vram. after i upgraded to 8 gb of ram, vram increases to 1 gb by itself. so, the only solution seems to be to increase the ram memory to 12-16 gb.
-
if i got it right: are you asking for an indicator to show you that caps lock and num lock are active?

open the registry editor and enter this in the adress bar. then look for "start" entry and make the editing from 3 to 4. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AmdPPM

you can try to change registry value of AMDppm from 3 to 4. as i understand, it disables some processor power management. just give it a try. also, you can run the computer with a live ubuntu usb pendrive and see if the machine restarts. if yes, it means that is a hardware problem.

hello! you can run the app named batteryinfoview and check for discharge rate. this is my output while playing youtube minimized.
-
maybe, but in the moment when you want to take the laptop with you, you will have a laptop with 50% battery instead of 100%.
-
pictures that prove that battery stops receiving any current flow after 100% charge.
-
while battery is full, it does not take any current flow. otherwise, it will explode.
-
no argue with that, but you know, it might be a built-in feature. i mean, even if you see that the battery is full, in fact, it might be 80-85%, who knows! anyway, as you can see, when the battery is full, the battery stops charging. you can notice that by touching the charger. while charging, the brick is warmer that…
