For warranty, i do not know. I purchased it when i was travelling to dubai. If i keep pressing the keyboard key. The laptop will start and remain ON. I opened a word document and all letters on the keyboard is working.

Yes the laptop shuts down automatically without error message. When i press the power button, it won't turn ON. However, when i press any other key on the keyboard, the laptop turns ON. If i release the key the laptop will shut down automatically.
