I also noticed something recently. BIOS reset method (pressing power button for 12 seconds) has the exact same effect. The battery feature resets and also the coolboost setting in predator sense. No other setting in BIOS is reset. So maybe the laptop BIOS resets after reboot. Must be a problem with laptop CMOS battery if…

I have similar issue with my predator sense and acer care center on my Helios 300. The coolboost setting and battery charge limiter to 80% resets randomly. Do you have the link to global versions of these apps for predator Helios 300 ph315-53 (2020)

I did some research and found that intel ME firmware drivers are included with the BIOS and can only be updated by the BIOS flash tool. I have the exact same issue. I have the Acer Predator PH315-53 Model. This problem even extends to Predator sense's coolboost setting. It automatically turns off after restart. This started happening after I update to the latest software available on my product page. Now there is no way of rolling back to older version. :/
