Well, I think it's cleaning time! it means... opening the laptop , cleaning fans and heatsink fins that when clogged by dust keep the heat inside with very bad results, and repasting with a good product, then your machine will get nice and cool again! 

Actually, you could have a look to Ebay serching for: for ACER Predator Helios 300 PH315-52 PH317-53 PH317-53-7777 Keyboard US BACKLIT. But don't even think about just replacing the whole keyboard because it would be a real hassle ...

That's just ridicolous, You have probably paid more than 1200$ for this laptop, and the keys are already fading: that should simply not happen, I would suggest you to buy a whole spare keyboard and replace the keys you need, rather than order singles keys that would be more expensive

Hi, in my opinion, I don't think that 3200 Mhz ram modules are supported by the helios 300 G3-572, that officially, only supports 2400 Mhz ram : it still can work with 2666Mhz ones ( wich are the one equipping my g3-572 just out of the box) did you ever found out that 3200Mhz were supported?...

It seems to me, a bad connection beetween the charger plug and the inner laptop socket, have you ever pulled the cord while it was on charging? , then, that could have caused the internal Charging laptop socket contacts to get damaged. Hope I was "understandable" !
