  • I looked in YouTube and found a video showing them opening the chromebook and re-seating the wifi card. My spin 311 is out of support, so likely not getting help from ACER. The reseating is working so far, I've got my fingers crossed that just re-plugging in the wifi card will get the job done.

  • I have a spin 311 and 2 days ago the wifi started acting up. The chromeOS does not let me turn on the wifi. When I turned off the device via power button aka a real power down, and let it rest overnight, the next power on the wifi worked. After a few hours of sitting powered on but idle, the wifi was no longer working.…
