i reinstaled w8.1 drivés from Acer supprt. It eems to work, in my case it worked

I reinstalled drivers w8.1 downloaded from Acer supprt, may be this was what solved it. Mine is now ok

Gracias por la info. Hice chat y el operador me dijo que podia hacer el cambio. Lo inicie pero el instalador del BIOS me respondio un mensaje que mi equipo no es compatible con ese bios. Bien, pero entonces porque me lo ponen en la lista de actulizaciones?. gracias y saludos
