Solved it by doing an entire Windows reset and formatting all the drives in the process

@LUCIFERR @DomBayo12 Let's say that whatever I tried caused me to reset the entire PC. Fortunately, I had a backup of all my files. After the reset, everything is working. I have (almost) the same problem. I reinstalled Windows 2 days ago (Sunday) and ever since I could not successfully download Predator Sense. The service gets installed but after that the installation gets stuck, no error notification, just stuck. Removed and reinstalled 100 times, no effect. Frustrating…

I did not reset my pc with a media creation tool, so it was the first one. Should I reset pc again but with a media creation tool?

Do you guys have a solution for me? I have the same issue, but the thing is I don't have a Predator sense icon anywhere. If I go to ''C:\Program Files\Acer\PredatorSense Service'' I see a lot of stuff there but opening PSLauncher as admin doesn't do anything. Tried reinstalling but it gets stuck on the final installation…
