I've already tried that method and it doesn't work either. On Acer's driver page, I found a section for selecting the operating system, but it's empty. The OEM customization from the manufacturer should be in that section, but it's not available

De momento sigo sin solución, si llego a encontrar una te comento. Leí por ahí que puedes instalar la personalizacion OEM del fabricante desde la misma página de Acer pero no encuentro ese apartado.

Since you disabled fast boot, turn off the computer and unplug it. Did I hold down the power button for 30 seconds after leaving the computer half off or before?

Lo siento pero es para que mi problema llegue a mas gente y asi pueda encontrar una solucion efectiva, porque por ejemplo en post en español las respuestas han sido escasas mientras que el post en ingles ha tenido mas visualizaciones

I just tried that once and it doesn't work, my card is still not recognized. Also try installing the latest drivers of the adapter but the problem is the same.

Dudo que sea un fallo de hardware debido a que en ningún momento manipule o abrí la computadora para realizar algún cambio, además tampoco se recibió un golpe. La tarjeta gráfica era reconocida por el sistema antes de actualizar el driver del adaptador de pantalla, cuando se reinicio mi computadora simplemente dejo de ser…
