PHN16-72-99PA only has 2 slots for RAM despite saying 4 on Task Manager. You can also check some Youtube videos that were opening/adding RAM in it to see those slots. Max RAM is 64 GB with two 32GB. Dont forget to update BIOS so it can read 5600. Max SSD is 2GB with 1GB each slot.

PHN16 doesnt have a bar light unlike the Helios 16. See the reference below.

Ive already bought and installed the ram but why is it only reading 5200 instead of 5600?

Just to confirm. My laptop only support SSD up to 1TB each slot?

I got the same PHN16-72 and it seems that it doesn't have backlight RGB. Helios Neo 16 is like a cheaper version of Helios 16. Check out this video that i saw.

I got a helios phn16-72 and was also wondering if the bar at back does light up? i have no problem on keyboard and logo.
