Nothing happens. I’ve tried to reset, it was the first thing I tried.

Ok. I said that my laptop’s model is an Aspire e15 575G. I have a problem with the screen, it turns black and I’ve tried with the battery, I’ve connected with the tv and it still in black. Aslo I’ve tried with F10 but nothing appeared in the screen. So, what can I do?
