Yap your VGA driver I meant, go to Acer driver and manual page and enter your PC details, download the specific VGA driver and installed it.

You should update your graphics driver, go to acer page and download it from there.

Install windows in UEFI instead of legacy, download the drivers from acer website and install, turn on your mouse if it's not active.

Go to device manager and find mouse setting or so and see if it's listed

Go to Acer website and click driver and manual, enter number PC information and download the suitable driver

Did you tried them one at a time? Reinstall Windows using f12, Go to Acer website and download the drivers and install all of them and simultaneously press fn + f7

What exactly is the error message? Sometimes Windows errors develop when the speed used to write the disk is high.

First describe the how the problem started, was it after installing a driver or it suddenly stopped working? It's important to the solution

You need to check and see if your HDD is inserted properly. If your HDD is not connected, it develop problem like these.

Wow it worked like a miracle, I new Acer is the sole cause of this problem. I hope they update their software. Thanks very much, you can imagine how I feel after I thought I'll resolve to using external mouse. Thanks again pal 👍😊😊
