Thank you very much thats why i was confused because sadly they told me that its a 144hz but i found out its actually a 60 so i'll have to go back to themthank you guys i appreciate the help

The Helios 300 is actually available in both 60 and 144HZso you can choose the one that suites your needof course the 144HZ would costs a bit more than the 60 tho :)

Happened to me ones on my helios 300 i reinstalled both realtek audio and wavesmaxaudio drives and that solved it

Well the thing is when you're unplugged Nvidia activates battery boost mode and limits fps to 30 to increase battery life you could try this and see if it helps
