@Diya1811 I'm trying to use Cooling Pad to help on lowering the laptop temperature but it seems like even the cooling pad is having a problem to lower it 😂. Anyway, Thanks for your input

Hi William, I've done this one but the nitrosense Scenario profile is still not working unless it is plugged in. This might be the case for the software. I appreciate your help. Thank you so much! ❤️
