Try DigiKey in the U.S.: https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/molex/0982660325/3044777 This link is for a 30-pin, .5mm pitch, 6" cable. Costs $5.22 plus about $4 shipping. It's made by Molex, but it works perfectly. I burned up the same cable and used this to replace it, no problem. Hope this helps!

Totally and completely! The only drawback is that it's a 6 inch cable, so you have to deal a bit with the extra length. I just put it in there and let it back cover evenly compress it. Works perfectly!

Thanks for the reply, Jack! I found that HP part NBX00026E00 is the exact same cable and runs about $7 US for the part as opposed to the $35 Acer wanted for it. Found the HP equivalent (absolutely no difference between brands, as the specs are identical). Look for HP part NBX00026E00. This will even have the blue tabs on it and the same length.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any retailers in the US for this cable. It's like I have to go to Russia for it. Is there a generic equivalent that you know of that would work?
