I understand that if I update and do not enter the BIOS to set Load system defaults, nothing should happen. My question is whether I do it or if it is really necessary to do it after updating. Regards

Hello. I just bought this laptop and I saw that there is a new version of BIOS and I would like to install it. Since it has two SSDs in RAID 0, what would happen if I update the BIOS? Do I go into the reboot to set Load system Defaults as recommended? Do I have to do it from Windows or is there another way?
