Hello. The technical service changed my keyboard and finally solved the problem. It appears that the power button on this laptop is integrated. Thanks for the answers and I leave the solution in case anyone else has this problem.

The Hard Reset didn't work. As for the battery, I never changed it, but I suppose that if it were a problem it should disappear when I plug the laptop into the mains, right?

Ya actualicé la BIOS a la versión 1.25 (antes tenia 1.09) pero no ha cambiado nada. He instalado también el firmware del SSD, todo lo que me haz dicho, pero fue inútil. Ya también ejecute el diagnostico de memoria de Windows pero no ha encontrado nada. Gracias

Hola Efectivamente fue asi como la reinicié. He seguido tal cual el procedimiento y sigue el mismo problema La versión de la BIOS es V1.19 Saludos

Hola. Gracias por la ayuda pero el problema sigue. Ya ahora tengo problemas con AutoCAD 2018 y con gta V Restauré el equipo mediante la herramienta de Windows, pero el problema persiste. Una observación: estos dos últimos programas no me llevaron a un pantallazo azul pero sí se salen repentinamente y esto es unos minutos…
