A514-52-56GA: Cuando prendo la pc se queda cargando en el logo de acer y se congela la pantalla

Cuando inicio me sale diagnosticando su pc y se queda trabado luego de unos segundos, no puedo hacer nada ni mover nadaΒ

    Hola,

    -Recuerda haber revisado la salud del disco duro antes, dΓ© ocurrir esto??
    -A modificado algo recientemente?
    -Esto suele ocurrir ,por un fallo en el sistema operativo, debemos saber ,de no revertir este inconveniente desde algΓΊn tutorial de Google como esteΒ  , se tendrΓ­a que hacer una instalaciΓ³n limpia desde 0 o en el peor de los casos y como ultimo recurso seria reemplazar disco duro.

    No habΓ­a hecho ninguna modificaciΓ³n, simplemente empezΓ³ a pasar esto, ya intentΓ© con varios de esos tutorΓ­ales solo que no me funcionan porque la pantalla se congela y no me deja hacer nada

    -Necesito saber si entras al sistema como mencionas y se congela o no entras al sistema ni tampoco puedes entrar en BIOS, esto es importante saberlo.

    Sendo asΓ­ ,crea los medios de instalaciΓ³n del sistema que vayas a instalar y configure la BIOS ,proceda a la instalaciΓ³n y vemos si te deja.
