Fallo con teclado de Acer Aspire Switch sw3-13

Alguien mee podria ayudar dandome la solucion a este problema?
Al encender el portatil el teclado va perfectamente, pero en el momento de conectar el teclado despues de usar el portatil como tablet no detecta ninguna tecla ni el touchpad del teclado.
