¿Alguien sabe porqué mi Predator Triton 300 SE (PT314-51s) no abre Predator Sense?

En la página de Acer no me detecta ni el SNID, ni la Serial Number ni nada. No logro acceder a esa página donde te dice que versión es la más reciente y eso, estoy desesperado. Mi ordenador, el Triton 300 SE (PT314-51s-78T1), ni siquiera tiene la aplicación instalada, pero sin embargo tiene la tecla de abrirla y hay una pegatina al lado del teclado que dice que este pc tiene Predator Sense Utility App.
