    Intente eliminar las teclas UPPERFILTERS y LOWERFILTERS: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929461/the-cd-drive-or-the-dvd-drive-does-not-work-as-expected-on-a-computer#:~:text=If you see UpperFilters in,LowerFilters, and then click Delete.
