hola buenas le quiero hacer una pregunta mi situación es la siguiente: me acaban de entregar mi notebook del gobierno y tiene muchas cosas que no quiero y quiero resetearlo al hacer perderé mi garantia

Hola,
-La garantía se ciñe ,exclusivamente a problemas de hardware y no de software,puedes cambiar,restaurar el sistema operativo.

Garantía de software (relacionada con el sistema operativo OEM de fábrica) y garantía de hardware (relacionada con todo el conjunto físico).
