tengo un problema con este mensaje que me sale antes de iniciar la computadora. mi modelo de Acer es un A315-41

 "Presione Y para restablecer fTPM, si tiene Bitlocker o sistema habilitado para cifrado, el sistema no se iniciará sin una clave de recuperación. Presione N para mantener el registro fTPM anterior y continuar con el arranque del sistema. Presiono N o Y pero no hace nada, la única forma es con Scape, pero se repite en cada inicio o reinicio de la computadora. gracias por ayudar
