Mi computadora no carga y las luces naranja y azules parpadean

Todo andaba bien con mi laptop, ya llevo 1 o 2 años con ella y en el día de hoy no cargaba y comenzó a parpadear las luces, alguien me ayuda?

    Can you access windows? Also, can you check the battery status with hwinfo64?

    Ya he intentado varias veces pero no funciona, mejor la mandaré a donde un técnico. 
    Les hago una pregunta, mi laptop tiene 4 gb de memoria ram y de vram tiene 128,le compraré otra memoria de 4gb, si le compro esta automáticamente la vram aumenta o como se puede aumentar?
