No me reconoce el microfono de mis audifonos, sale el sonido pero, cuando necesito decir algo no me escuchan. Es un comutador Acer Aspire V3 -471G.
Por favor alguien me puede ayudar, necesito informacion de que hacerle, para poder trabajar.

Buenas tardes, me podrías ayudar. Mi computador no reconoce el microfono externo que le conecto y el microfono interno las personas cuando estoy en un video no me escuchan. Por favor necesito trabajar y asi no puedo seguir. Muchas gracias.
Ya le habilite y deshabilite, lo intenete configurar pero dice que se escuha muy bajo o no escucha nada.
