Buenas tardes, compre un portatil acer nitro an515-53 con tarjeta Nvidea 1050gtx 4GB, llevo un año con el portatil,ultimamente cada vez que intento usar la tarjeta de video para un programa o un juego,el portatil se apaga, adicional la bateria no me funciona no se si también afecte esto.
actualicé la tarjeta e inclusive restaure el pc, pero continua con el mismo problema tampoco he tenido problemas de sobrecalentamiento.
