BUENAS TARDES, TENGO UN PROBLEMA CON MI LAP ASPIRE ES1-511, NO CARGA LA BATERIA, COMPRE LA LAP CON WINDOWS 10, Y TENIA CARGA LA BATERIA, PERO DESPUES QUE SE DESCAGO LA PUSE A CARGAR, CONECTABA EL CARGADOR Y 20 SEGUNDOS DESPUES SE DESCONECTO, QUITE LA BATERIA Y LA ENCENDI, PERO SEGUIA SIN CARGAR, LA BAJE A WIN8 Y YA NO SE DESCONECTO EL CARGADOR, PERO SIGUE SIN CARGAR, DICE 3 MINUTOS PARA CARGA COMPLETA, LA LLEVE CON UN TECNICO Y ME DIJO QUE ERA EL BIOS, LO ACTUALICE A V1.10, HE INTALE WIN 10 NUEVAMENTE, PERO NO CARGA NADA LA BATERIA, LA BATERIA YA PUSE EN OTRO EQUIPO Y SI CARGA AL IGUAL QUE EL CARGADOR, HE HECHO M UCHOS TRUCOS QUE DICE LA RED PERO NADA ALGUIEN ME PUEDE AYUDAR
