Aspire ES1-572: Mi webcam no funciona

Hola que tal? Mi web cam funcionaba perfecto, cuando quise realizar una videollamada, predio y luego no volvio a prender. Busque el controlador en administrador de dispositivos y no la encuentra. Osea no hay controlador de mi web cam. Y busque el controlador en la pagina y tampoco lo encontre. Es una aspire es1-572

    No se, no hay controlador. Pareciera que no la reconoce. Pero el programa de cámara sigue estando cuando la abro me tira el error de cámara no encontrada.

    Bueno, reinicie todo y me dice que no es posible reestablecer el equipo, y se cancelan los cambios. Asi que todo sigue igual y mi camara aun no funciona..

    Aca estoy de vuelta. Instale los controladores. Y sigue diciendo que no se reconoce la camara. Puede reestablecer el equipo, y al momento de ver los dispositivos, ya no aparece la camara ni como dispositivo oculto. Probe con los controladores, una vez reestablecido el equipo, y tampoco
