Mayusculas y numeros

Hola, tengo un peoblema con la alerta de mayusuculas y del teclado numerico que me aparecia en pantalla, de pronto han dejado de aparecerme, sabe alguien como puedo ponerlas de nuevo. 
Mi computadora es una Nitro AN515-51, muchas gracias

    Antes, desinstala esto:

    Luego, reinstale quickaccess nuevamente.

    Entre en el editor de registro y tengo los mismos valores que en la foto que me adjuntaste.

    Abra regedit y vaya a esta clave:Computador\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\Quick Access
