Hola, hace dos días quise prender mi laptop y no se logró.
Al tratar de encenderla las luces del teclado se encienden por unos segundos y luego se apagan, la pantalla permanece negra y el color de las luces de la bateria es azul (lo que significa que si esta cargada), espero me puedan ayudar.
