Por el video que no emite señal, el portátil arranca, la pantalla no enciende, lo he conectado a otro monitor por hdmi y nada.

No, no hay imagen.
El portátil si que arranca, pero no hay imagen de ningún tipo, por eso creo que sea el chip set de video que va integrado.
