Pantalla con sombra amarilla. / Display with yellow shadow.

Hola.

Recientemente compre una Laptop Acer modelo AN515-42, el problema que tengo es: Cuando enciendo mi laptop, después de una segundos toda el monitor se pone con un color amarillo como sombra. buscando soluciones en algunas videos y por internet encontré la solución. Entre al Color Color Management, y agregue un ICC Profiles, el sRGB IEC61966-2.1 (default) y despues presione la opcion de Se as Defaul Profile, y se elimino el color amarillo, PERO cuando apago la laptop y la vuelvo a enceder, después de unos segundos regresa el color amarillo y tengo que volver a entrar a Color Management y repetir el proceso. Ya intente calibrar los color del monitor y no se guarda la configuración. Existe alguna manera de guardar esa configuracion para no volver a repetir el proceso cada que enciendo mi laptop. Lo ultimo que recuerdo que hice antes de que esto ocurriera fue actualizar instalar el AMD Radeon settings que no venia de fabrica y también conecte un HDMI a la televisión de mi casa. Después de esto fue que apareció el defecto de la pantalla amarilla.

Te recomiendo que revises la opción filtro azul de Windows 10 o que te contactes con servicio técnico acer si todavía estás en garantía o sin garantía ellos te van a ayudar

Con lo que me dijiste del filtro azul se me ocurrió modificar el "Acer Quik Access" y logre encontrar una opción donde dice "Bluelight Shield" lo desactive y funciono, ya no volvió aparecer la sombra amarilla. Igual muchas gracias, ya pueden cerrrar el tema!.
