Not allowed to ask questions?

I'm trying to write a post in the Android Tablet section in order to get some help with my device. I can't find a post anywhere of things I need to do to be able to post questions, so I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure this out. I just want to know if my device can be fixed or if I need to buy a new tablet, and I'd like to be able to post in the appropriate section.
