Mi laptop nueva se congela a veces

hola compre esta laptop como hace 3 meses, el modelo es Acer Aspire e15  (E5-576G-5762), se me ha congelado como 3 veces ya pero la ultima vez estaba viendo netflix y se congelo y tambien hacia un sonido muy raro, deje el boton de apagar presionado como por 5seg y se apago, la volvi a prender y se prendio como si nada? que pasa con mi laptop?
