PREDATOR G3620 no detecta disco HDD ni SDD

Hola, 
Tengo un problema con el ordenador Predator G3620  Version BIOS  P11-A3.
No detecta el disco HDD ni el SDD. Tiene instalado windows 10. Ha sido actualizado automáticamente. 
Estaba funcionando perfectamente con windows 10. De un dia para otro, ya no arranca. 
En el Bios no se ven los discos.
Puede ser un problema con el Bios? 

A ver si alguien me echa una mando.

    Usted ha intentado presionar f9 para restaurar el bios y f10 para guardar en la salida? ¿Hay un mensaje como "NO BOOTABLE DEVICE"?

    Hello, 
    Yes I have tried to load bios default settings and save them with F10.
    Now the problem looks worse.. since it boot sometimes and others dont boot also dont make a beep.
    I removed hard disk, memmory the problem stay.
    The battery has 3.2V.
    I have tested the disk on other computer and it works also boot and starts windows.

    Hi again and thanks for try to help me.
    I updated to P11.B1 and the problem i think got worse.
    Now I cant enter to the setup since it doesnt boot.

    Usted debería haber actualizado el bios a la versión p11-a4 y no a la versión p11-b1! ¿No puedes acceder al bios? Además, sólo le pregunté si había actualizado. Pero no dijo que usted debería actualizar el bios!

    Ya lo habia actualizado anteriormente.
    ahora estoy en el bios, he podido entrar al desconectar el disco. Luego de varios intentos he podido entrar. He hecho esas capturas de pantalla.

    Si, pero no lo detecta.
    De momento solo puedo arrancar windows con un pendrive.

    Si. Es mas, sin ningun disco tambien tiene problemas para bootear. Creo que el problema es el bios. La version que he instalado es correcta?
