Aspire e15 e5 573g 52g3 motherboard swap

I have an e15 e5 573g 52g3 with a death motherboard, i was looking for a replacement on ebay but i wonder if i can use  one from a newer model and if the other pieces(screen keyboard and so on)  are going to work

If all the components or devices are compatible, since the processor and graphics are fixed to the motherboard.
