MI LAP ENCIENDE PERO DESPUES DE EL LOGO SE QUEDA EN PANTALLA NEGRA O SE SIGUE QUEDANDO COMO CARGANDO PERO NUNCA INICIA , YA LE DI F10 PERO SOLO SE  QUEDA EN PREPARANDO RESTAURACION AUTOMATICA, Y SE QUEDA LA PANTALLA EN NEGRO, SI SIGUE ENCENDIDO, YA NO TIENE GARANTIA POR QUE YA TIENE DOS AÑOS DE LA COMPRA.
ME PUEDE   AYUDAR DE FAVOR?

    Hola. A mi tambien me pasa lo mismo en mi acer Aspire 3 que es nueva (tiene 5 meses aprox.) Solo se queda cargando con el logo de acer o me pone un cartel que dice Preparando para reparacion automatica, y se queda cargando hasta que aparece una pantalla que dice error: driver pnp watchdog y se reinicia, intente conectar un usb booteable para tratar de reparar el inicio pero no me lo botea. No me gustaria perder los datos que tengo en el disco sobre todo las fotos.
