Hey.
I'm having an issue with my laptop. Last night, i installed games on my system for the first time. And before that, there was no use of my dedicated GPU, right? So, whenever I try to run any game, a message pops up "GTX 1060" doesn't support DirectX 11. Your computer doesn't meet minimum specifications. What do I do?

    Hi ayandev98,

To my understanding you should have
DirectX 12 pre-installed from default, DirectX 11 is the previous old version of it.

Whats the O.S. that you have installed ?

What is the model of your computer?

    :)

What game are you trying to run? There are some games, which can't recognise newer versions of DirectX.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
