Acer One 10 S1001 turning on while in sleep mode and keyboards does not work automatic alt(letter)

Hi,
I have an Acer One 10 S1001 running Windows 10.MY Acer One 10 S1001 turning on while in sleep mode and keyboards does not work automatic alt(letter). when i click the folder it does not open instead it goes to properties bar. . when i click the software keyboard Alt and then i click the folder it opens. but is every 5 minutes it come back.pls help me im begging someone helpme. Please help!
