Acer aspire E3-111-COWA Touchpad issue, cursor freezes and lags...

Touchpad issue. Cursor freezes and lags which is very irritating. I install several windows and drivers up to 10 times but the issue remain unfixed. Please help.

    Is it still a factory-installed Windows version? When did you purchase the machine? Jack E/NJ

    No it's not a factory installed windows version. I am currently using windows 7 and factory installed version was windows 8.1 with bing. I purchased it 2 years ago.
