How do I get my external keyboard (wireless) and mouse to work with Acer monitor DA220hql. It arrived with both in box but no instructions

    Hello,

     

    Nice unit, just go to acer.com, download and install the USB driver pack.  Inside the mouse you will find the USB transmiter (connector) next to the battery bay.  Connect the USB transmiter and restart the unit. Make sure you turn on the little power button on the mouse and keyboard and have fersh batteries on the assesories; this will get you connected.
