  • I've been wondering the same thing for my Switch 10, SW5-012. I don't want to do the manual install either. The upgrade sounds safer and easier. On another non-Acer Windows 7 PC, once I started the upgrade, it was virtually automatic, with almost no user action and no problems. Does anyone know why there is a delay?
