  • Another point noticed to bring to your notice that in Device Manager, there is a sub-folder "Other devices" with "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" in it and both the sub-folder and the underlying item are havving a "?". I tried to update the driver also for this but no positive result. Will this be causing the problem?

I did not touch the RAM sticks at all and it is the same RAM installed on the system by the manufacturer right from the day of the purchase.   • Hello ttttt thx for your suggestion (I'll try test out the RAM sticks one by one, just don't use all 16 GB at one time). Is there any steps how to check RAM one by one ? appreciate if you can let me know the process to check. Thx a lot in advance
  • Hi JackE thx for your quick reply. I just checked all the items under device manager and there is NO RED or YELLOW warning signs for all the devices.
