  •  i have emailed Acer and i did contact them via chat earlier and the acer advisor told me to contact out of warranty repairs and while i was typing back, they ended the conversation, so in my opinion that wasnt good customer service or as you say very respectfull or courteous
  •  just a shame they havent chose to post any reply, are you not allowed to say you arent happy with the customer service they provide or is it just that they wont allow it on this site
