When I got my replacement device the doublekeying happened before anything was loaded. To reproduce it just type using the keyboard. Notepad is easier to demonstrate the issue because it does not auto correct

If it previously ran on an Atom single core I would be surprised if it wouuld not run on a dual core atom However I cannot say for sure.

As far as I am aware the 510 does not have a digitiser and therefore does not support the Wacom type stylus. You can use a capacitive stylus but I have no idea whether these are any good or not
