La laptop sigue sin en encender. Conecte la batería y el AC la luz de carga de batería se mantiene apenas prendida, la deje cargar una hora aprox pero sigue sin encender. De igual forma cuando quito la batería y solo conecto AC, tampoco enciende.

Hasta el momento la laptop sigue sin encender incluso sin batería y con AC. ya probe el cable AC y funciona correctamente. La batería estuvo funcionando sin problemas hasta ayer. Cuando conecto la batería y el AC, presiono el botón de encendido y la luz de batería parpadea una sola vez pero no pasa nada.

La laptop encendió ayer luego de que estuvo apagada y sin responder por dos horas aprox. Hasta hoy, la batería no cargaba más de 10%. Estuvo funcionando 1 hora aprox con AC y la batería “cargando” hasta que se volvió a apagar, ojo ayer, y ya no responde de nuevo.

Ahora mismo la laptop no enciende ni conectada a AC. Cuando conecto el cable no enciende la luz de batería no la de AC. Presione el botón 12 segundos y la luz de batería parpadeo pero sigue sin encender.
