  • Forget it. Dreadful, non-existent support from Acer. Returning my W3 in the post tomorrow. I'll be picking up an 8-inch Windows 8 tablet, whoever releases one next, just so long as it's not Acer.
  • Of course they should work very well for "Gen 1" devices when a company charges £350+ for them. Consumers are not guinee pigs. I didn't know so many devices Acer sell had issues since coming on here because my W3 will not charge, like many others. Seems like a dodgy company.
  • I have the same problem. It is SO ANNOYING. Will never buy from Acer if this isn't a software problem
