  • The USB to Ethernet adapter works on Windows, it even gets an IP from DHCP. I even changed the Setup Utility to Legacy and it still doesn't show the USB to Ethernet adapater on the Boot Menu.
  • The reason why I disabled Secure Boot was the imaging process hangs at Setting up WIndows screen. Disabling this feature completed the Windows installation. I even changed the Setup Utility to Legacy and it still doesn't show the USB to Ethernet adapater on the Boot Menu.
