Well, lucky for some of you that only few keys are not working. Mine is all the keyboard keys are not working. Sometimes if it work only the number 1 and 2 keys and it continues to type on its own even i did not press it. Its like its being long press.

For now it was the number 1 key that is typing on its own its like it was being long press. And previously its the letter R. Maybe the problem is around the top left corner because its where the R and 1 2 keys are located

Yes but unfortunately the warranty only applies in the u.s where i bought it and for now im not in the u.s so i cant avail the warranty.

I check the connection of the keyboard at the back of the laptop i disconnect it and connect again but still the keyboar is not functioning. And also why the backlight of the keyboard is not turning off its still on?

My model is AN515-43-R0YM. It does not occur after an update. Im just watching movie and it occur suddenly like that. It came back for a few minutes and then i cant use the keyboard again. I do not know how to reset the battery. I press all the key to check if something is stuck but nothing its just it wont work.
